"CARD AGROCREDIT" UCO CJSC BOARD MEETING

"CARD AgroCredit" UCO CJSC held its largest Board of Directors session of this year. The agenda was filled with issues of strategic significance and planning of activities for the coming years.

As a result of the discussions that lasted for about 8 hours, the reforms regarding the Company's governance, the improvement of financial indicators, the expansion of activities in the country, the work with local and international investors, as well as the digitization of operations were of primary importance.
The executive body of the company also made proposals for the introduction of new products.

The members of the Board of "CARD AgroCredit" UCO CJSC consistently studied the presented issues, proposing certain strategic changes that will ensure the sustainable development of the Company.
